What is Cloudflare Web Analytics?
Cloudflare Web Analytics gives you accurate website traffic data without using cookies or tracking individual visitors. It is completely free with no usage limits. Since it does not use cookies, it is not affected by ad blockers and does not require GDPR consent banners.
Tip: Use Cloudflare Web Analytics alongside Google Analytics. CF Analytics gives accurate traffic numbers, while GA4 provides conversion tracking and marketing insights.
Step 1: Get Your Analytics Token
- Log in to your Cloudflare Dashboard at dash.cloudflare.com
- Go to Web Analytics in the left sidebar (under Account Home)
- Click "Add a site"
- Enter your domain:

- Copy the token from the snippet. It looks like this:

Step 2: Configure in Admin Panel
- Go to Settings in your admin panel
- Click the "Analytics" tab
- Find "Cloudflare Web Analytics Token"
- Paste your token
- Click "Save Analytics Settings"
The beacon script will automatically load on every page of your public site.

Tip: Use both. Cloudflare for accurate traffic numbers. Google Analytics for conversion tracking and ad optimization.

Your admin Analytics tab supports all of these (configure any combination):
- GTM Container ID: Google Tag Manager (manages all tags)
- GA4 Measurement ID: Google Analytics 4 (conversion tracking)
- Facebook Pixel ID: Meta advertising pixel
- Cloudflare Web Analytics Token: Privacy-first traffic data
- Custom Head Scripts: Any additional tracking code
